Shipping Policy

Currently our online store only accepts orders placed and shipped within the United States. International customers please contact us at bampfastore@berkeley.edu or call us at 510/643-9572 to find out about product availability and shipping rates to countries outside of the US.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected. Shipping and handling rates are based on the merchandise weight. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. We will contact you in the event of a delay. A valid US address is required. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or major Holidays.

Items ordered together may not always be shipped together; however, you will be notified in advance of any backordered items or shipping delays.
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. 
Problems with your order and/or defective/damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please call us at 510/643-9572 or send an e-mail to bampfastore@berkeley.edu for authorization.

Sales Tax
Shipments outside of the state of California are tax-free. Shipments within the state of California will be taxed 8.75% of the total purchase.
